Threading My Story

With this narrative piece, I sought to explore the four stages of a toxic relationship I endured in my early twenties:

1. She + Him
2. She Cries
3. She’s Free
4. She Thinks

Using thread, I created four minimal line art images, each connected to the other by the red thread, just as each part of my story makes up who I am.

Threading My Story was selected for inclusion in the 26th edition of Lunch Ticket.
